I work with my clients to create menus that fit their tastes, budgets, dietary requirements and style. My food is not limited to the menus that are uploaded to this website, so please reach out and lets discuss menus.
Locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable produce means the freshest ingredients, which transpires to exceptional taste.
I grow herbs, leafy greens, root vegetables, edible flowers, fruit and some indigenous plants, and where possible use these in my menus. They’re usually picked within a day or two of serving, so are super fresh and tasty.

Forward Wine Solutions
This wine wholesale business commenced trading in 2009 with a focus on wine distribution of small family owned wineries and assisting them to enter the on premise market via my national preferred supplier contract with Accor hotels. I also supply some key Sydney restaurants and independent retail.
In addition to wine supply, I can offer the following wine related services: food and wine matching, wine education, wine tastings (both informal and structured, with face to face contact when covid 19 restrictions allow), and virtual wine tastings with recommended wine snacks.
I’ve worked with many Australian and New Zealand wineries over the years, and have had a long lasting relationship with Indigo Vineyard from Beechworth, Victoria.
Waiter
With many years of experience in the hospitality industry in various roles, I’m committed to ensuring every guest and/or client has a high level of customer satisfaction after each event or experience.

We provide detailed and discreet waiter service to people in their homes, formal lunches, dinners, cocktail parties, on yachts, assisting catering companies, or relaxed but efficient waiter service at parties, barbecues and the like.
Drawing on my experience in the wine industry, I can work with your wine cellar to let your guests know about your personal collection, or offer independent advice on buying wine for your event. Also ensuring the wine is served appropriately.
